Generalisimo El-Busho has sought a lawyer to fill the bench. Why?
Because most of their legal positions are beyond accusation, they can
point to the fact that they were being paid to argue a point, whether
they agreed to it or not. Another clever move by Karl Rove and Dick
Cheney...oops, I mean "President Bush Inc."

Oh, and expect to hear the words "attorney/client privledge" used often in the hearings.
